Data controller and reference legislation
The data controller is LS Innovazioni Immobiliare Srl, hereinafter referred to as "LS", for brevity. LS processes personal data in compliance with European legislation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR", for brevity). Pursuant to articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR, the Data Controller provides this information on the processing of personal data carried out by it.
Scope
This disclosure applies to LS and its website and to personal data relating to natural persons. LS cannot be and is not in any way responsible for the processing of independent third parties and third party websites that can be reached from any links on the LS website.
Purpose of the treatments without express consent
All personal information that you provide without explicit consent, via web or email or otherwise, is optional and the result of your free choice. This information will be processed solely by LS for the purposes of: (a) responding to and satisfying your requests, (b) fulfilling my contractual obligations, (c) pursuing the legitimate interests of the Data Controller [example: defending oneself in court], (d) fulfill legal and tax obligations.
Purpose of the treatments with express consent
Only upon express consent from the interested party, LS will process personal data of natural persons for promotional and commercial purposes: for example, to inform you of new product or service offers.
Period of retention of personal data
LS will keep personal data for the period necessary and sufficient for the purposes declared or envisaged by legal and fiscal regulations or until the interested party requests its cancellation (see also Rights of the interested party).
Rights of the interested party
The natural person to whom the data refers ("interested") has the following rights:
- revoke the Owner's consent at any time*
- propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor),
- ask the Data Controller for access to the data to verify its accuracy and possibly request its correction,
- ask the Data Controller for the portability of your data in an intelligible format (.csv),
- ask the Data Controller to cancel** your personal data
* this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the revocation
** the cancellation request will be satisfied if there are no other legal bases that oblige us to keep the data - for example data necessary for the execution of our contractual or regulatory obligation.
Categories of personal data
Unless otherwise freely provided by the interested party, LS only processes "common" personal data. The systematic and continuous processing of "particular data" (i.e. sensitive, medical, judicial, etc.) is excluded.
Sources of personal data
LS may receive your personal data from yourself by your free choice (via email, website, telephone, fax, etc.) or from public sources (public registers, social networks, etc.). Whatever the source, COAP will not process the personal data of natural persons for promotional or commercial purposes without their explicit consent.
