If the conditions exist to be able to carry out the interventions, Innovazioni Immobiliare Srl may start the redevelopment project, financing the initial costs necessary for the preparation of the feasibility study and subsequently invoicing them with the "discount on invoice" method.
In this way, assuming that the possibilities exist, the client will be able to carry out the "driving" interventions and any other interventions called "towed", at no cost.
